Return and Refund Policy
You may bring your product to any Julianna Salon store for a refund within 14 days with proof of purchase. You must bring in the original item and all the components. No more than 25% of products can be used. Refunds can only be made to the original purchase method, please bring the credit or debit card that you used to purchase the item. If the item is no longer on sale, an exchange can be made if it’s within the same sale parameters. Clearance/discounted item purchases are final, no returns or exchanges. Select items are not returnable due to sanitary reasons: combs/brushes, nail polish/nail products, hair extensions/wigs. We reserve the right to limit returns if there is reason to suspect abuse of excessive returns (i.e., more than one exchange or refund monthly).
